In 2014 Holden Earthmoving won an environmental award from Waikato Regional Council for showing a high standard of workmanship in the construction of erosion and sediment controls.

Holden Earthmoving Ltd places great importance on the safety of workers and everyone involved in HEL site work. When employed, staff complete a preliminary Health & Safety induction. All core staff are trained and are encouraged with NZQA qualifications in Civil work, which includes Heath & Safety training. Our goal is to continue in the upskilling of core staff, and to provide training for our regular casuals.
Holden Earthmoving has worked hard to achieve ACC accreditation and continues to look to achieve at higher levels of accreditation.
Machinery is maintained to a high standard and staff are encouraged to respect the machines they drive. Staff treat every job and client in a professional manner. Holden Earthmoving are very proud of the expertise and knowledge of their staff, and value their ability to embrace any new challenging situations.
Today Holden Earthmoving has six Diggers of varying sizes, ranging from 12 ton to 30 ton, two trucks, three bulldozers and has grown to a core staff of six with up to fifteen casuals who are kept busy in season.
